The objectives of the Dubai Property Society are outlined below:
To promote the real estate trade in Dubai.
To set up a homogeneous real estate traders' code of conduct in conformity with Dubai Government's policies and encourage members to implement these fair trade practices.
To organize events and presentations.
To bring out publications and/or distribute them to select real estate entities.
To create and promote effective communication within the society and with others.
To maintain a record of real estate companies and their activities and to collect and disseminate trade-related data promoting safe business practices.
To co-ordinate and co-operate with the government, semi-government and other organisations for an effective transfer of information and implementation of common goals between the traders/agents and the legislative bodies.
To develop and establish good relations with other professional groups or societies.
