| DPS provides many unique opportunities for its members to meet, socialise and conduct business. Most events and activities are open to members, and to non-member who pay a small additional fee. This ensures a constant flow of new members and new faces. |

| Our monthly networking breakfast events have grown from strength to strength, continually improving in terms of topics, attendees and attracting maximum media interest. These events provide a convivial atmosphere for members to keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the dynamic real estate sector and getting to know fellow members and guests. |
| Involvement in sub-group meetings |
| DPS is currently creating a group team of people involved in various leading sectors in property development companies in Dubai. The group will meet on a monthly basis to address concerns in the real estate sector and produce quarterly reports identifying the 10 most important challenges facing the sector, and giving recommendations on the best way to manage them. |
| E-Newsletter |
| DPS weekly e-newsletter delivered to members' personal email addresses. It provides members with the latest real estate news and reminds them of all upcoming events. It is also an opportunity for members to have their upcoming events publicized to other members. The newsletter currently reaches approximately 24,000 contacts. |

| DPS members are listed in a directory on the DPS website, with links to members’ own business sites. Members can also get a free listing on ‘Dubai Property & Construction’ directory www.dubaipropertyandconstruction.com |
| Special Rates |
| DPS has partnered with leading media organisations (print and online) to promote DPS and its members through interviews and news articles. Members can also get special rates when signing with www.propertylisting.ae, Dubai's official property marketplace. This portal is a neutral search engine where all registered real estate companies in the U.A.E. can list properties for rent or sale. |

- Registration with RERA
- Company Profile /Logo (in the format requested)
Please note that the membership application requires approval from the DPS management. Allow 4 business days for processing. Forms that are submitted without the required documents will not be processed.
